PollTwin is a simple polling tool: create a question, share one link, and watch votes come in live -- without ads, templates, or a subscription attached.
No. Voting is always free and never requires an account -- just open the link and vote.
No. Polls aren't listed or searchable anywhere on the site -- the only way to reach one is with its exact share link, so it stays private to whoever you send it to.
A one-time payment of $5 unlocks an individual account: unlimited polls, custom branding, and no ads, for as long as PollTwin operates. It's not a subscription -- you're never billed again.
Team plans are a monthly subscription that covers everyone at your company on one verified work email domain -- 5 seats, 10 seats, or unlimited seats, priced accordingly. Unlike the individual plan, this is a recurring subscription that can be canceled anytime. See our team plans page for current pricing.
No, never -- to you or to the people voting on your polls. Going ad-free is a core part of both the individual plan and Team plans.
For an individual account: yes -- within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll refund the $5 fee in full. Team plan subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future billing; see the Terms & Conditions for details on both.
Occasionally -- if you have a promo code for an individual account, you can enter it on the checkout page for free lifetime access instead of paying the $5 fee. A separate kind of promo code can also make a company's Team plan completely free -- that one is entered when signing up under "Team" instead.
Yes. Each poll can have its own accent color and, if you'd like, an uploaded logo, so it looks like yours rather than a generic template.
Both are optional settings you control per poll -- letting voters select multiple options, and/or add their own answer choices, if you turn those on when creating the poll.
Yes. Each poll can either show live results right after someone votes, or keep results hidden until you close the poll -- your choice.
Yes -- you can edit the question and options, and close (or reopen) a poll at any time from your dashboard. Once a poll is closed, its results become visible to everyone regardless of your results setting.
No. A poll's link is set once when you create it and never changes, even if you edit the question later -- so a link or QR code you've already shared keeps working.
Yes -- after signing up, we send a confirmation link to verify your email before you can log in.
"Forgot your password?" on the login page emails you a reset link.
Not by identity -- voting never requires an account. To discourage the same person voting twice on one poll, we set a cookie in their browser, though it isn't a hard guarantee against duplicate votes.
