By creating an account, purchasing PollTwin Lifetime Access, or using this Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service. The Service is operated by [Company Legal Name] (“PollTwin,” “we,” or “us”).
PollTwin lets registered users create polls, share a link to collect votes, and view live results. Voting on a public poll does not require an account. Creating and managing polls requires an account and the one-time purchase described in Section 3.
Creating a PollTwin account requires a one-time payment of $5.00 USD (“Lifetime Access Fee”). This is a single charge, not a subscription — you will not be billed again to keep using the Service.
What “lifetime” means. “Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of the Service — that is, for as long as PollTwin continues to operate — and not to the lifetime of any individual user. It is not a guarantee that the Service will operate forever. Section 8 explains what happens if we discontinue the Service.
What it includes. The Lifetime Access Fee entitles a registered account to: unlimited poll creation with no expiration date, custom branding (a chosen accent color and, where supported, a logo) on every poll created, and a Service free of third-party advertising, for as long as the Service operates, subject to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account.
You keep ownership of the questions, options, and any logo or branding assets you upload to a poll (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant PollTwin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your poll and its branding to the people who vote on it.
You are responsible for your User Content, including any logo, image, or branding you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

PollTwin does not display third-party advertisements to registered users or to the visitors voting on their polls, and we do not sell space on poll pages to advertisers. This ad-free commitment is a core part of the Lifetime Access plan described in Section 3 and applies for as long as the Service operates under these Terms.
We may modify, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service at any time to maintain, improve, or secure it. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
If PollTwin is no longer able to operate the Service. Should [Company Legal Name] cease operating PollTwin permanently — for example, due to the company closing, becoming insolvent, or otherwise being unable to continue running the Service (a “Discontinuation Event”) — we will make commercially reasonable efforts to:
Because the Lifetime Access Fee is a one-time payment for access during the Service's operational lifetime — not a guarantee that the Service will run forever — a Discontinuation Event does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the original $5.00 fee, except as described in Section 9 or as required by applicable law.
If PollTwin is acquired or transferred. If PollTwin's business or assets are acquired, merged, or otherwise transferred to another company, these Terms and your Lifetime Access may be assigned to that company, which will continue to honor the Lifetime Access granted under these Terms to the extent reasonably practicable.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the $5.00 Lifetime Access Fee within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address in Section 15. Outside that window, the Lifetime Access Fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
The PollTwin name, logo, and the Service's design, software, and branding (excluding your own User Content) are owned by [Company Legal Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PollTwin and [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for Lifetime Access ($5.00).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Continuing to use PollTwin after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
